Planets Align for a Fantastic Morning of Photography

I got up early this morning, 5:30 to be exact, and ventured to my roof top to witness the rare alignment of the 4 planets – Mars, Jupiter, Venus & Mercury. Armed with my trusty SLR, I set myself up in the freezing cold to capture this beautiful scene from North Sydney. Tomorrow I will be taking more, hopefully with the aid of a telescope.
Afterwards I continued to take pictures of sunrise. I’m still new to photography but with scenes like this available I’m becoming increasingly hooked! If you want a full-size image please let me know.
